The larger our family gets the harder it is to capture the “perfect” family photo (one with everyone looking forward and smiling).  A few weeks ago we set out to do just that but needed a good photographer.  By “good” we don’t just mean a person who can snap a nice photo (although that is necessary).  By “good” we mean someone who has a lot of patience, someone who can go with the flow.  Photo day is a very unpredictable experience!  Despite all of our best efforts to prepare the family and no matter how many treats and bribes we offer, there is still no guarantee that we’ll get a genuine smile from everyone.  Here’s a glimpse of reality from last year’s photo shoot.

Family Photo shoot 2013

On the Saturday of our fall break we set out on our quest to capture the illusive “perfect” family photo and instead of cramming our over-sized family into a small picture studio we decided to schedule an outdoor photo shoot with Madi Wallace of MTW Photography.  God blessed us with a beautiful day and Madi did an amazing job capturing photos of all 10 kids.  We especially appreciate how her photos reflect each of their individual personalities!  We’re happy to endorse and recommend Madi Wallace and MTW Photography!  Click Here for more information!  Don’t forget to “like” MTW Photography on facebook as well!
